Korean barbecue restaurants have been sprouting all over the island in the past two years. But Hyang-to-gol is the one that many Koreans flock to.

And no wonder. The place is like a little Korea itself, with some wait staff speaking Korean.

The menu is big, with a selection of cooked dishes plus lots of raw stuff for the barbecue.

Among the latter, the meats are well-marinated, and the fatty beef diaphram and the chicken that I tried are really good.

Don't bother to order any vegetables. Each order of meat comes with an assortment of them such as cucumber, onion, carrot and mushroom.

The meal also comes with a complimentary free-flow selection of side dishes or panchan like kimchi, pickled soya sprouts and boiled spinach.

Just order a soup or a hotpot and your meal is complete. WAY
