  Wendy Hutton's Eurasian Heritage Menu

From 28 Nov - 7 Dec, feast on the best of Eurasian cuisine at Goodwood Park Hotel's Coffee Lounge. Wendy Hutton, the 'Diva of Southeast Asian Cuisine' and author of numerous cook books, will present recipes from her new book The Food of Love - Four Centuries of East-West Cuisine.

Diners at the 10-day promotion can choose between the 4-course ($32++), 5-course ($38++) or 6-course ($42) degustation menus for lunch and dinner, inclusive of dessert buffet. High Tea is also available at $28++ (Mon - Thu) and $32++ (Fri, Sat).

Whisky Galore!

The inaugural Whisky Galore Festival will not only offer a free flow supply of spirit, but showcase an astonishing array of over 30 different Scotch selections.

There are also dedicated areas featuring themes such as 'Cask is King', 'Different Strengths' and 'Coastal Whiskies'.

Hairy crabs are back!

The crustaceans are in season at Min Jiang and Min Jiang at One-North. From now until Nov 15, choose from hairy crabs prepared in a variety of wayss. Each crab is priced at $52, with set menus available $88 and $108 per person.

Get a taste of Hakkaido

From Nov 8-29, diners at Keyaki, Pan Pacific can enjoy fresh seafood and vegetables from Hokkaido. Chef Hiroshi Ishii has created a special Kaiseki menu with delicacies such as Yaki Taraba Gani (grilled King Crab) and Kinki Nitsuke (braised Kinki Fish).

The a la carte menu includes Hotate Gai Akebono Yaki (grilled scallops, Japanese-style) and Ika Goro Yaki (grilled cuttlefish)

New Cantonese menu

Guests at Peach Blossoms, Marina Mandarin, can look forward to a revamped menu by its new Head Chef Eric Yeo. The new menu starts from $10++ for appetisers, $8++ for soups, $15++ for mains and $6++ for desserts.

On weekends and public holidays, enjoy a set meal with unlimited servings of dim sum favourites, Peking Duck, porridge and desserts ($48++).

Weekday Dim Sum

Cherry Garden's new dim sum menu is inspired by Singaporean and regional Chinese flavours. Some of the highlights include Crystal Dumplings stuffed with truffle essence, Bird's Nest Prawn Dumpling coated with jasmine rice, and a selection of treats that embrace the use of Chinese herbs.
