The big grape
>These grapes are the crunchiest I've had all year. Better yet, they're sweet and seedless too. Called Pristine, they come from the United States and look so big and lush. They are so very good really cold and straight out of the fridge. There's a satisfying snap when you bite into them, so different from soft Kyohos and Piones.

You can slice them in half and put them in a salad, where they will provide juicy relief for when you get tired of chomping on greens. Or serve them at room temperature with some sauteed chicken livers. It sounds crazy but the  pairing works very well.

Pristine grapes, $13.90 per kg, from Cold Storage and Market Place supermarkets.
