This is quite a sight to behold, and kids will go crazy over it at Christmas.
A chocolate cone is studded with hollow chocolate balls coated in red with streaks of white and gold, and some are topped with meringue 'snow'.
Just pluck the balls, made with good quality dark chocolate, to eat. I always feel terrible breaking up pretty creations like this one but it's Christmas and there's eating to be done.
