White tea, gold standard

If you have been guzzling green tea for the anti-oxidants it contains, then you might want to consider adding white tea to your pantry.

These young and minimally processed tea leaves contain more health-giving anti-oxidants than green tea. Plus it is a mild beverage you can drink anytime of the day.

One fun way to add those anti-oxidants to your diet is with Clipper's raspberry-flavoured organic white tea.

The tea brews up a pale gold and the berry flavour is quite beguiling.

It is lovely drunk hot but with the weather heating up, this tea is delicious iced and lightly sweetened.

Clipper Organic White Tea with Natural Raspberry Flavour, $6.95 for a pack of 25 bags, from Tanglin Market Place, B1-02 Tanglin Mall, Opening hours: 9am to 10pm daily.
