Butterfly Bliss

You know something is good when it disappears quickly from the food table at the office.

Bite into one of these biscuits and you'll see why they didn't last a day on the table. Made in Scotland using organic ingredients, they are a buttery delight. Plus, they crumble ever so elegantly.

There are two flavours: orange and vanilla ($6.90 for a 150g pack) and raspberry and cranberry ($9.90 for a 150g pack).

The latter has tart nuggets of dried cranberry and raspberry and are perfectly good, but I like the assertively aromatic orange and vanilla one better.

Organic butter biscuits from Marks & Spencer,
B1-00/B2-00 Wheelock Place,
tel: 6733-8122.
Opening hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm
