Two of the hotel's restaurants will be offering special Valentine's Day menus. Cafe Brio's Lovers' Buffet Spread featuring oyster shooters, foie gras terrine and heart-shaped ravioli with herb sauce, just to name a few. Each couple will receive a bottle of champagne and ladies will also receive a surprise gift and a stalk of rose.

Pontini, the hotel's Italian restaurant, is dishing up an exclusive 4-course menu Duck confit with foie gras and arugula in aged balsamico dressing, followed by homemade chilli reginette pasta with tiger prawn and sauteed eggplant. There is a choice of either milk and vanilla poached lobster served with balsamico tossed radicchio salad, or venison tenderloin with cream-baked potatoes and old port and black truffle reduction. The meal will end with strawberry jelly with chocolate and chilli sherbet, Valentine's friandises and coffee or tea.
