Well, it's taken a good long time but finally, supermarkets are carrying other variations of Gran Pavesi's very addictive crackers.

I'd written about its Olive crackers last year and always keep some in the office for a quick snack. Now, Carrefour has brought in the Rosemary And Extra Virgin Olive Oil version and it is just as good, if not better than the olive one.

The crackers are crisp and perfumed with just enough rosemary. They are also less salty than the olive version. I might crush a handful of them to use as breading for pork chops.
