Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore has cooked up two exciting creations to whet your appetite - lobster noodles and dragon cocktail.
The first is Crispy Baby Lobster served with Wok-Fried Curry Glass Noodles. Both the lobster and noodles are synonymous with longevity and good fortune in Chinese traditions.
This special dish will be served throughout the year at the hotel's Straits Cafe at a too-good-to-miss S$10++. Usually such a dish could cost as much as S$36.
Prices are subject to 10 per cent service charge and prevailing government taxes.
