This makes 6-7 standard glasses.
Ingredients:
1 stalk of lemon grass (chopped)
4 whole green limes (small)
4 - 5 slices of ginger
7-Up (1 litre bottle), chilled
Method:
Pound the lemon grass and ginger together to extract juice. After juicing, squeeze all the limes in.
Mix together with 7-Up and steep for 5 - 8 mins. Refrigerate. After which, remove all pulp and serve cold with ice.
Add a stalk of lemongrass to each serving glass as garnish.
