INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 to 6)
- 20 gm Wolf Berries
- 30 gm Red Date
- 6 gm Salt
- 10 gm Rock Sugar
- 20 gm Dang Shan
- 20 gm Dang Gui
- 20 gm Huai Shan
- 30 gm Yu Zhu
- 300 gm Pork Ribs (Can be replaced by Chicken)
- 700ml Water
METHOD
Fill pot with 700ml of water.
Add pork ribs/chicken and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add wolfberries, red dates, dang shan, dang gui, huai shan, yu zhu, salt and rock sugar into the pot.
Boil in low heat for another 30 to 45 mins, and it is ready to serve.
