The East is green

Whether it is a short stroll, a lung-bursting run or a leisurely bike ride, cyclists and joggers can now enjoy the benefits of a dedicated 42km stretch that links the parks in the East.

Changi Beach Park (main head picture)

This is one of Singapore's oldest coastal parks. It boasts stretches of beaches dotted with coconut palms, barbecue pits and benches. There is also the quaint Changi Village around the corner.

Pasir Ris Park

This tranquil park features a 6ha mangrove forest. Bird lovers can also observe birds from the three-storey-high bird-watching tower located within the forest.

Bedok Reservoir Park

After cycling or running through the heartland of Pasir Ris, Tampines and Bedok, enjoy the beauty of the 880,000 sq m Bedok Reservoir at the 41.7ha park to perk up your spirit.

East Coast Park

Besides a view of the sea along the stretch, cyclists or in-line skaters can grab a bite at the hawker centre, or rest for a bit and catch the sea breeze at Bedok Jetty. There is also the cable water-ski park for those who fancy an extra dose of adrenaline.
