If you can't get enough of chestnuts at Christmas, you'll love this Marrons Chocolate Logcake from Blue Magnolia.
Under the shiny coating of dark chocolate are layers of sponge with a creamy chestnut filling. It sounds like the cake might be heavy but it isn't. As a bonus, it doesn't taste too terribly sweet either.
