Baked chicken wings

To avoid the fat content that comes from deep frying, bake your chicken wings instead!

BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

1 dozen fresh chicken wings

6 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp chilli

Ground black pepper

1/2 tsp curry powder

3 tbsp olive oil

Heat the oven to 200 deg C.

Place the flour, chilli, pepper and curry powder in a plastic bag with the chicken wings and shake until the wings are thoroughly coated.

Spread a baking tray with the olive oil and heat in the oven for about three ninutes. Add the chicken wings in a single layer and bake for around 10 minutes. Turn and bake for a further 10 minutes until crisp.
